where can i buy discounted gift cards?
the sites i looked at are horrible. i won’t use ebay or craigslist due to scams. please include sites that only sell the gift cards, no auction styles and nothing that i have to click on or search for a gift card that just takes me to another search engine. halfoffamerica doesn’t have anything anyone in my family would even go to.. halfoff just takes me to a ton of other sites. i have tried a few now, and getting frusterated. no, i don’t have points on my credit cards in order to get 10 or 20 off them either. i stopped using credit cards a year ago.

and i put this in dining out because i am most likely just going to get things for restaurants… and no, restaurants.com is a horrible site too. nothing in my area.
I saw a segment today on Good Morning America that said you can go to Costco and get those discounted gift cards. Other places require you to spend so much there, then get a free gift card for a lesser amount.
